In generally it is excellent, really I recommend, an improvement that manufacturer can make is to improve the system of subjection of the tripode since it tends to move and to leave place, by others the suitcase is very good, excellent material and very very practical
Is ok

It is ok, but I though it had a side opening to get the lens, that would have been great,

A bit smaller than other camera backpacks out there but I guess that's sort of the point why people favor this bag over competing brands. It is spacious enough to fit my 50D (gripped) with a mid-zoom attached, lensbaby composer w/ 0.6x wide angle, 50mm f/1.8, 100mm macro, tokina 11-16, a couple of filters. The space on the top are for accessories such as battery, loupe, cords, card reader, etc. The side is so thin it barely fits a couple of memory cards. You can attach a small tripod in the front.

It is very comfortable and light. Rear-opening is a great idea for protection both from the weather and thieves. I knocked off 1 star because the bottom portion of the bag, where I store my 50mm lens, isn't very accessible due to the design of the zippers. Other than that, a great bag overall for those times you want to travel light and don't want to lug around all your gears.
Great Choice for Travelers

I purchased this backpack for a trip for New Years and some College Football Bowl Games. I was able to carry my Nixon D5000 plus a telephoto lens around with me everywhere we went without a hassle or worry. Because we were going to be around a lot of people I was worried about security but with the zipper being against your back, there was no worry here. I was also able to put my cellphone and wallet in the side pockets so I didn't have to carry an additional purse (which I know for me is a hassle when you have to carry so many bags. It was a great choice and I would recommend to any one. The zippers were a little snug when I first received it, but now they move fairly easy.
The right size for one body with all extras

I got the Lowepro Flipside 200 about a month ago for my new Canon 50D camera that came with the EF 28-135 IS and the EF 70-300 IS zoom lenses. When I was searching for a new Canon camera I had thought of getting the bigger Canon 200EG backpack. I'm glad I got the Flipside 200 instead.

Pros:
It's small and discrete enough to be taken in every trip, yet it's sturdy, well cushioned and has enough room for my big camera body with it's two big lenses and all other accessories - charger, extra batteries, cards, card reader, cables, the EOS software CD-ROM... there is even room for a third 50mm fixed lens (which I plan to buy soon). Weather and shock protection have been put to test in the New Year's travel, all my stuff is just fine.
International travelers will like the fact that it looks pretty much like a regular backpack, it isn't too attractive to thieves.

Cons:
It could (and should) have a plastic rain cover, like those we find in some camping backpacks. After about half an hour under heavy rain, once I got to the shelter I had to take everything out and let it dry for one whole day. All equipment was fine, but I'm sure it couldn't hold on for much longer under rain, maybe another half hour, no more.

For those looking for a camera pack, my suggestion:
- If you use a single lens only with your camera body and need a pack to carry the "kit" with the accessories, you can try something smaller.
- If you need to carry more bodies and many lenses, even a laptop or netbook, try larger models. Maybe two smaller bodies can fit in this one, but I think it will be all too cramped inside, not the way I like to carry my equipment.
- Now, if like me what you'll want to carry is one body with two or three lenses, plus accessories, you'll love this.
