The F580-EX II Flash Housing, for Canon 580EX Mark II Speedlight. It is the perfect flash system for a Fantasea (or other major housing brand) DSLR camera system, also enabling the use of the original TTL system when used with a Fantasea Canon Housing. This Flash Housing also accommodates the Canon 580EX Mark I Speedlite, allowing access to all controls but the power switch. Therefore the Mark I flash should be turned on prior to installing it into the housing.

The Kit includes the CM-250 Studio Flash with modeling light has a maxximum output of 250ws and a guide number (in feet) of 150 ft. It has a recharging time of 2.0 seconds. It featues a varying output control from it's full capacity to 1/8th. It includes a 60 watt modeling light bulb and has a built in slave. Kit also includes a Barn Door with honeycomb and color filters for use with the CM-250, Studio Flash. Warning: Color filters not for use with continuous or modeling light, use with flash only. Barndoors, Honeycomb Grids, and Filters are very usefull and sometimes essential accessories for your lighting system.These devices will alter the shape, intensity, or color of your light output from your light source. Use them as a painter would use his brush, or a sculptor would use his knife, or chisel. Also included is the 24" x 24" soft box for use with the CM-250, providing a soft and smooth natural light effect, this softbox is the best choice having the optimum profile designed to maximize the light projection of the light. The soft box comes supplied with the speed-ring light adapter required to fit the CM-250.
